Rental Finalization Kiosk

Interactive kiosk deployed in branches allowing customers to finalize their rental file when picking up the vehicle. Goal: cut branch waiting time by more than a third. The application orchestrates communication between a Symfony client interface (kiosk frontend), a C# business service exposing reservation data via REST API, and the internal management system. The customer retrieves their file, validates the contract, and collects their documents without going through an agent.
