Vehicle Preparation Application

Internal traceability application for vehicle preparation and cleaning operations before return to fleet. Goal: make operational tracking more reliable and cut preparation costs. Result: more reliable tracking from the first few months. Built with Symfony, the application lets field agents log each preparation step (cleaning, condition check, fuel) with timestamps and an identifier. Branch managers get a summary dashboard to monitor workload and spot deviations in real time.
